Equality under the law.
Section 13 bill of rights. The right to bail shall not be impaired even when the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus is suspended. The provision prohibited online communications which were likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination. Equality under the law shall not be denied or abridged because of sex race color creed or national origin.
All free men when they form a social compact have equal rights and no man or set of men is entitled to exclusive separate public emoluments or privileges but in consideration of public services. The provision was repealed. Complaints under this section could be brought to the canadian human rights commission and if accepted by the commission would be heard by the canadian human rights tribunal.
And all laws contrary thereto or contrary to this constitution shall be void. Section 13 of the canadian human rights act was a provision of the canadian human rights act dealing with hate messages. No person shall be deprived of life liberty or property without due process of law nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws.
